Tenancy Relations Service

The Council, through its Housing Needs Service, will carry out an initial assessment of any case where there is a complaint of harassment or illegal eviction. The Council officer will contact all parties to try and mediate and resolve any issues by telephone. If the Council's initial assessment concludes that a case requires ongoing investigation and casework, the case will then be referred to the Service Provider.
