This specification/pre-construction information is for the design, supply and installation of a new footbridge over the River Brue in West Lydford, Mendip. The footbridge links public footpath SM 14/22 to public bridleway SM 14/12 in the Parish of Lydford-on-Fosse. The footpath forms part of a wider network of very popular paths. The old bridge was collapsing and has been demolished and removed from site.
