The agency is looking to purchase a QPCR machine which has a 96 well plate format, it must be able to run 20 ul and 50 ul reaction volumes. It must have 5 colour filters for multiplexing an LED light source. The equipment must be self-diagnostics for identifying faults and able to be networked to the institutes IT system. The equipment must have a footprint no deeper than 54cm to fit onto a bench.
