UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA), based at the Culham Science Centre in Oxfordshire, hereafter referred to as the Purchaser, carries out research into the use of controlled fusion for the generation of power. Setup of specified welding test rigs and conduct a series of tests on 316L steel.
