HMCTS Reform Evaluation Vulnerability Deep Dive

This study forms part of the HMCTS Reform Overarching Evaluation programme. This programme is assessing the implementation of reform and whether it has met its objectives, with a focus on Access to Justice related outcomes. The effect and experience of reform on vulnerable individuals is a particular area of interest among key stakeholders, including Parliamentary Select Committees and the judiciary.
