Thurrock Council wishes to commission and redesign existing services to create a new Integrated Healthy Families Service in Thurrock as part of the Integrated 0-19 Wellbeing model. The new model will move beyond traditional service delivery and provide a more focussed and targeted approach to improving the health and wellbeing of children and young people.
