Fire Risk Assessment Consultancy

The Guinness Partnership ("Guinness") is intending to conduct a tender later this year to appoint a consultant to provide Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) consultancy. This will primarily be for the provision of routine Type 1 & 3 FRAs for all of our relevant stock, although we are also considering the inclusion of Type 4 surveys.
