Part of Call Back Assist, Install, Licences, Support & Maintenance.

Contracts Finder

The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire has awarded a contract for Call Back Assist (CBA) to effectively manage demand and enable the public to receive a call back rather than remain on hold when contacting the 101 service. This has been awarded to the incumbent provider of the Authority's telephony system. CBA is considered the more viable option to integrate with the existing telephony, integrating another solution would be costly and have greater risk of operational failure.
