Early Market Engagement The Department for Energy, Security and Net Zero will be hosting an online market engagement event on Thursday 24th August 2023 at 10:00. Heat Network Zoning is the process whereby geographic areas are identified where heat networks are the lowest cost, low carbon solution for heating. The intention is to set up a technical services framework for undertaking heat network zoning studies as well as to support to the zoning programme delivery.
