The provision of a database system for youth justice and victims and CCIS tracking, to include hosting, support and maintenance, reporting and licenses. The system must enable the Council to keep records of work with, and on behalf of, children and young people who have received support from the Youth Offending Service and reports to provide statutory returns to the Youth Justice Board / Ministry of Justice.. The system must also enable the Council to submit CCIS statutory returns to the Department for Education.
