Young Peoples Pathway

Pathway 1 which provides general advice, guidance and support in reconnecting young people with their families to enable the young person to stay at home, where safe to do so, or find other accommodation on an emergency basis for a time limited period (up to 14 nights). If emergency accommodation is sought for the young person further work will be undertaken, usually for up to 6 weeks, around reconnecting them to return to the family setting, where safe.
