The Council is seeking to appoint an organisation to provide Contestable Works for the Halewick Lane Battery Energy Storage System, located in West Sussex. The Scope of this project is to appoint an Independent Connection Controller (ICP) to provider both the 33kV Cable Installation and the 33kV Substation Installation for a new 33kV substation at Halewick Lane.
