Overview
Walsall Council are looking to secure the provision of a Housing First Navigator (support worker) service to continue to provide support for up to 50 rough sleepers, or those at risk of rough sleeping. The service will have a significant focus on helping these existing customers move on to independent living, and 'graduating' from the service - whilst there will also be an expectation on the service provider that they remain a point of contact for graduated service users if needed.
