The Council wishes to procure a electronic pupil education plan, which allows professionals to access a system to track the progress of children. The contract will be for an initial 2 year period with an option to extend the contract for a further 12 months. The system access will comprise of user access rights/software licences and ongoing maintenance and support for the duration of the contract period.
