The purpose of this competition is to procure a neutral vendor with specialist subcontractor suppliers to support the Government Digital Service (GDS) Contingent Workforce Programme in the delivery of a Contingent Workforce to GDS and the Central Digital and Data Office (CDDO). The GDS Contingent Workforce Programme is responsible for the end-to-end process for all Contingent Labour engagements for temporary contingent workers; independent contractors and temporary staff augmentation.
