Workforce Development Trauma Informed Healing Centred Training

KCC are looking to procure a training provider to deliver a trauma informed healing centred programme of training for the Family Hubs workforce will be interacting with individuals 0-19-year-olds, expectant, new, matured parents, grandparents who have experienced adversities and as such, trauma at different stages of their lives. Trauma-informed approaches have become increasingly cited in policy and adopted in practice as a means for reducing the negative impact of trauma experiences and supporting mental and physical health outcomes.
