The Homes and Communities Agency wish to appoint a specialist contractor for asbestos removal, demolition and remediation works at the former Bus Garage located within Wolverhampton. The works include the removal and disposal of asbestos containing materials; demolition of buildings and ancillary structures; removal of slabs, footings and foundations and below ground remediation works (i.e. removal of contamination hotspots etc.) Works shall be notifiable under CDM 2015. Evidence is to be provided that all insurances cover asbestos removal, demolition and remediation works as a core business activity.
