Produce a data design model that demonstrates the ability to aggregate a number of different energy vectors and the feasibility of transferring a static local area energy plan (LAEP) into a digital twin environment. The objective of this project is to generate local authority buy-in by demonstrating the additional value of a LAEP digital twin in optimising the stakeholder engagement process and enhancing local decision-making.
