The overarching aim of this service is to support people to live independently in their own homes as long as possible. This will be achieved through the following objectives: • Deliver Wirral Independence Service including the Telecare Monitoring and Response service and Falls Prevention Service • Provision of a Community Equipment Service (CES) for adults and children within the geographical boundary of Wirral Borough Council including those who live out of Borough and are registered with a Wirral GP.
