The council is looking for a contractor to carry out the gritting of 18 (eighteen) No. car parks within the borough of West Lancashire during, or prior to, the onset of adverse winter conditions. The operation will require the Contractor to provide all staff, plant, equipment and materials necessary for the mechanical gritting of the car parks to be available daily throughout the period of the Contract commencing from 18.00hrs to 07.30hrs.
