Overview
On 3.4.2019, the Home Office launched the Windrush Compensation Scheme. As part of this scheme, The Home Office is seeking suppliers to provide independent assistance for claimants needing support in completing their compensation claim forms. Selection of this service is at the discretion of the claimant and is not a requirement for submission of the form. It is expected that the chosen supplier will be delivering this service by January 2020. The service is required across the UK and must also provide an ability to support overseas individuals via telephone.
