Overview
The aim of the project is to deliver Windows and Doors to various addresses across the London Borough of Harrow. The result of this will be better energy efficiency and lower fuel bills for our residents along with better fire security. The addresses form a programme of works which has come from the Data & Planning team following stock condition analysis of Codeman data. The contract will be closely managed with a strong contract administrator and clerk of works holding regular site meetings and measuring KPIs.
