Overview

Gentoo Group are currently seeking a Contractor who can deliver its second stream of window replacements to approximately 6,000 properties throughout the areas of Sunderland, Houghton, Hetton and Washington. The scheme is due to commence in April 2020 with completion by December 2023. Gentoo's preference will be to award all works to one Contractor, but may establish a Framework Agreement should the first placed Bidder be unable to deliver the works to programme.
