Window Replacement Programme - Phase 20

Hillingdon Council is seeking a suitably experienced contractor to deliver a programme of door and window replacements to the properties listed on Appendix A Pricing Schedule Circa 84 No, occupied dwellings in the Borough. The proposed contract will be based upon a competitive tender using the scope of works prepared by Allen Construction Consultancy with each element being priced for each element of the required works. The proposed contract will be for a period of approximately 16-20 weeks or as agreed with the successful Contractor.
