Overview
Bristol City Council is seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to carry out Gas Heating & Boiler installations to Domestic Properties as well as air source heat pumps that are on the Employers Planned Maintenance Programme In addition the Contractor would also carry out Reactive maintenance including radiator replacement. The works will be carried out at a range of properties managed by the Employer. Heating systems may move toward renewable technologies to support the Council's strategic objective of being carbon neutral by 2030. The contractor must be aware of this fact and be prepared to install systems that match with the changing heating environment
