The Virtual School have used the Welfare Call system to manage the PEP for CLA since Sept 2019. The system offers a secure platform to host the document allowing use by the Virtual School, Schools and Social Care. The system ensures we can perform our statutory duty of monitoring the progress of all CLA. There is no other system within the LA able to perform this function.
