Portsmouth City Council ('the council') is inviting tenders from suitably qualified suppliers to provide a service that provides training and support to venues to enable a network of safe spaces where women and girls can report sexual crime and harassment and receive support. Portsmouth City Council wish to commission a service that will continue work piloted in 2021/22 to create a network of Safe Spaces.
