WRAP is preparing to launch a tender exercise for a framework to provide high quality technical advisor services to enable WRAP to provide valuable policy, support and evidence in the area of Waste and Resource Management, that can be applied to one or more of our core sector programme areas and one or more of our key stakeholder audiences. The intention is to go live with the tender within the next 7 days (but this not guaranteed). The work assigned through the framework involves providing technical advice and assumptions as well as a quality assurance role in projects that WRAP has scheduled in to deliver.
