Overview

The Council is seeking for itself and on behalf of Cheltenham Borough Council, Cotswold District Council, Forest of Dean District Council, Gloucester City Council, Tewkesbury Borough Council and South Gloucestershire Council to commission the continued delivery of the Warm and Well Scheme in Gloucestershire and South Gloucestershire. The Contract is expected to commence on 1st April 2017 and be for 3 years to end of March 2020 (with the possibility of a 2 year (1 year and a further 1 year) extension to be offered at the sole discretion of the Local Authorities).
