Overview

The objective of this procurement exercise is to secure external pensions scheme administration support to undertake calculations that will allow NHSBSA to produce Remedial Service Statements (RSS) relating to the McCloud Judgement. The contract will cover two periods with the first period running from June 2026 to January 2027 and the second period running from February 2027 to July 2027. As part of the NHS Pensions McCloud Programme, there is a statutory requirement to provide remedy offers to members found to be discriminated against by the 2015 pension reforms.
