Overview

Ipswich Borough Council (IBC) has a need to bring a large number of Void properties back to a lettable standard in a limited period of time. It intends to enter into separate contracts with a number of Contractors, each on an initial 8-month term contract, with the option to extend for a further 4-months to give 12-months in total. Before each property can be re-let, a survey establishing work required to bring the property up to IBC's 'letting standard will be undertaken by the Contractor and present to IBC for approval, before proceeding with the works.
