Overview

From time to time WDH tenants and shared owners vacate the properties in which they live. Any such vacated properties are termed 'void' and often require various clearing and cleaning services performed to their interiors and exteriors prior to them being re-let. There may also be occasions when services are needed for void properties for outright sale.\r \r WDH own and manage over 31,700 properties in the Wakefield district and in a non pandemic year approximately 2000 to 3000 of these properties become void.
