Overview
VIVID have several contractors carrying out our void property cleaning. Since the merger under which VIVID was created it was decided that we would consolidate the contracts in-line with our new operational area. These agreements will automatically terminate upon completion of the Procurement process and we hope to award the new contract/s ready for commencement in January 2019. VIVID employees carry out the repair & maintenance work to these properties, the contractor's will be cleaning the property post any works that are due for completion.
