MDDC is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to deliver the renewal of vinyl sheet flooring to its properties supporting the Responsive Repairs Works, the Disabled Facilities Grant works and the Void process at numerous Council houses within Mid Devon during the financial years from 2017-2021 The aim is to provide fit for purpose flooring within the timescales aligned to the Responsive Repairs, Disabled Facilities Grant and Void works.
