Canterbury City Council wishes to select and appoint a group of suitable suppliers for the provision of Mixed Use Commercial & Residential, And Residential Viability Appraisal Assessments Services and invites prospective suppliers to submit a Tender to meet the Council's requirements. The Contract is anticipated to commence Mid January 2024 and will continue for a period of 3 years (unless terminated early in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract), and may be extended for 2 subsequent 2 year periods (total 7 years max) subject to the satisfactory performance of the Services provided and at the Council's entire discretion.
