Overview
Falmouth Exeter Plus (FXPlus) is looking to appoint a supply partner(s) to carry out ventilation equipment maintenance and repair services on a 36 month fixed term contract. The works will include: • Planned preventative maintenance in accordance with SFG 20 standards • Repairs, • Call-outs, • Fault diagnosis • Minor New Works. The requirement is divided into 3 separate Lots. Tenderers are invited to bid for one, two or all three Lots. Each Lot will be assessed and evaluated separately. LOT 1 • Grease kitchen extract cleaning • Fire smoke damper testing LOT 2 • Local exhaust ventilation LOT 3 • Laboratory fume cabinets
