HSE is seeking to appoint a supplier from Lot 1 of the UK National Vehicle Hire Framework RM6013. In addition to the provisions of the framework HSE's specific requirements are outlined below Booking Tool 3.2 The Supplier shall provide an online booking tool with secure access for HSE staff. The booking tool shall comply with up to date website standards and include regular user testing/monitoring and agility to respond. Standards to be complied with include: o WCAG 2.1 AA minimum accessibility standard; o HTML5; o CSS2.0 or above; o JavaScript ECMAscript5.1 or above; o W3C compliant mark-up;
