Overview

The purpose of this contract is to set out the framework by which the successful tenderer will deliver energy portfolio management and supplier procurement services for the London Borough of Merton (LBM). Broadly the Portfolio Management services will involve purchasing electricity and gas on the whole sale market on behalf of LBM in order to meet the demand of the its portfolio of buildings. The Supplier Procurement services will cover the management of an OJEU compliant tender process to appoint an electricity and a gas supplier to deliver energy to LBMs portfolio of buildings.
