Overview
The objective of this work package is to provide initial discovery collateral to enable NHS Digital to assess the most appropriate path for the future of digital collaboration across health and care within England. This work will directly inform the development of an Outline Business Case (OBC) which will seek approval to replace the existing services provided by NHSmail (email and instant messaging via Microsoft Exchange and Skype for Business products) in the 2021 timeframe.
