Overview

1.1.1. Futures Housing Group (FHG) seeks to establish a suitable contractor/s to work alongside our Internal Development Team and Repairs Team to manufacture and supply a range of replacement windows, Materials and glazing units as and when required. This contract will particularly suit SME Contractors. The contract requires options to include surveys & installation as well as the manufacture of windows to the Group and to its framework contractors and supply partners. The period of this contract will be up to five years including a three year initial period and with unilateral right to extend for a further period not exceeding two years.
