Overview
This project proposes the construction of three new floors added vertically to the existing single storey building. The existing storey accommodation generally contains teaching rooms, a library, and breakout spaces. The proposed new extended accommodation will generally comprise of new additional teaching spaces, as well as additional breakout areas, storage facilitates, and a new server room. The proposed works will be procured through a single stage Design & Build route, based on RIBA Stage 3 Design information, based on an Open tender route as prescribed in the Public Contract Regulations (2015).
