'Cleveland College of Art and Design require one contractor to complete construction of new teaching accommodation over 2 sites. The contract is to be completed in two phases: Phase 1 (Lynn Street Depot Site) Construction of Main College Building, refurbishment of existing office building, demolition of existing workshop, and demolition of existing Main College Building. The new building will be a direct replacement (4 200 m) for the existing Main Building and will be constructed on the vacated location of Hartlepool Borough Council's Lynn Street Depot.
