Overview
Charnwood Borough Council has accessed the Crown Commercial framework contract RM1045, Lot 5 for the provision of Unified Communication. The scope of service include the maintenance of all incoming telephone extension lines (DDI) for staff, Contact Centre module and call routing, resilience for the Agile cloud platform in case of emergencies and scheduled upgrades, PCI telephone compliance software, activating Web chat and Call recording functionality as part of the phone system It is our intention to award the contract under the framework to 4Net technologies for an initial call off period of 36 months and a 12-month extension period (4 years in total).
