Overview
The Central Laser Facility (CLF) at the Science & Technology Facilities Council's Rutherford Appleton Laboratory wishes to procure a Mask Aligner as part of the production capabilities for high power laser targets. Request for Mask Aligner. Using lithographic based techniques for the manufacture of micron scale targets has been strategic requirement for the CLF to deliver targets at high repetition rates to its laser facilities for user experiments for a number of years. An increase in the demand for these targets requires an mask aligner to develop complex etch processes that are carried out as part of this manufacture stream.
