Benchtop high throughput sequencing machine to determine the changes in the profile of mRNAs expression in cell and tissue samples exposed to oligonucleotide-based therapeutics (and relevant controls). In contrast to genomic DNA sequencing which requires long-reads and a low-throughput, sequencing of mRNA requires large numbers (high-throughput) of sequencing to undertake accurate quantification (>400M reads per run). Includes 4 years post warranty service cover
