The requirement is for a seamster service for Service personnel to ensure that standards are maintained in accordance with BRd3(1) para 3702 “Uniform identifies all members of the Naval Service (https://www.royalnavy.mod.uk/reference-library/brd3-volume-1). High standards of dress, deportment and grooming are universally recognised as marks of a trained, disciplined, and professional Service and Commanding Officers are to ensure that their personnel always maintain the required standards.
