The Satellite Applications Catapult is seeking to establish a Research and Technology Organisation (RTO) Dynamic Framework (DF) to support the delivery objectives of our Ubiquitous Connectivity (UC) team.The main objective of the UC team is to deliver on collaborative projects in partnership with consortium members for different types of customers ranging from end-users, industry, government/councils, LEPs etc. The framework is need for the following reasons. Firstly, we recognise that there are some areas of expertise which may not exist with the team, therefore this framework will hopefully fill these gaps.
