Overview
Working in co-ordination with Darlington Borough Council, Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) would like to support a bus service extension providing coverage to Lingfield Point, Darlington, also improving frequency through Allington Way/Depot/EE to better align to shift times. TVCA is seeking to procure an operator to run the extension for a one-year pilot, there will also be an optional extension period of a further year, subject to agreement. During this period, TVCA will provide financial support for the service. There will be a 3-month cancellation clause for the contract, should this be required.
