Tunstall St refurbishment

LCC sought tenders to bring up to a rentable standard, twenty five (25) houses on Tunstall Street, Liverpool L7. The houses have been vacant for over five years and will need significant internal and external work including: - New roof, windows and doors - New level front and rear access - Complete rewire - New kitchens and bathrooms - DPC and replaster - Secure rear of property including alleyway walls and back gates - Relaying rear gardens - Enhanced energy efficiency The works will need to be delivered in a manner that minimises impact upon the surrounding neighbourhood including minimising impact on the adjacent school, Arch Bishop Blanch and should be completed this year.
