Under the Procurement Act 2023, YPO are looking to undertake preliminary market engagement to establish a compliant route to market for public sector organisations specifically for Early Years establishments requiring Trikes, Scooters and Ride-ons. This framework will be for direct delivery from the supplier to our customer base.
